(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) HAMILTON (Bermuda), January 1. The United States Coast Guard cutter Escanaba arrived in Hamilton yesterday with 31 survivors from the Finnish tanker Ragny (11,079 tons) which split apart in the North Atlantic on Sunday.
