(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) HAMILTON (Bermuda), January 1. The United States Coast Guard cutter Escanaba arrived in Hamilton yesterday with 31 survivors from the Finnish tanker Ragny (11,079 tons) which split apart in the North Atlantic on Sunday. The Escanaba rescued the Finns from the stern section of the tanker.

Six men, including the captain, are believed to have gone down when the tanker’s bow section capsized and sank, about 450 miles north of Bermuda.
