Cyclist hurt
A cyclist is in a fairly comfortable condition at Christchurch Hospital with chest and head injuries he suffered when he was knocked from his cycle by a bus at the intersection of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace early yesterday morning. He is David Hill, of UA Norwood Street, Beckenham. Jason Chatfield, of 16 Stenness Avenue, Somerfield, was admitted to Christchurch Hospital yesterday afternoon with head and chest injuries he suffered when a car and a truck collided on the Main South Road. He is in a satisfactory condition. Joseph Anderson, .of 4 Bateman Avenue, Bryndwr, was treated and discharged from hospital after a tree fell across his knees when it was hit by the bulldozer he was driving at 137 Rugby Street, St Albans, about 11 a.m. yesterday.
