How far he will stay is anybody’s guess but Mr P. Mellon’s American-bred colt is certainly brilliant and he has some claims to stamina which may enable him to run a mile. Be is by Never Bend out of Milan Mill, a half-sister to the Cheveiey Park Stakes winner, Berkley Springs, which finished second in the 1000 Guineas and later filled a similar placing in the Oaks.
