Springfield House Sold
A three-bedroom, weatherboard bungalow with a garage and outbuildings on a two acre and a half section at Main Road, Springfield, was sold for an undisclosed sum at auction yesterday. The Government valuation was $6600. The property, which was sold on account of Mr w. Nimmo, has five titles under subdivision. The auctioneer was Mr u M Robertson, of Sherris and Wilson, Ltd.
