<N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 1. The Minister in charge of the Earthquake and War Damage Commission (Mr Rae), will fly to Nelson tomorrow to inspect flood damage,

Earlier today the Minister said that claims were flowing in to the commission’s assessors in Nelson, Westport and Greymouth, and more than 120 had been received by Monday night.

Mr Rae said that 60 claims had been notified in Nelson, 36 in Greymouth and 30 in West port. He said that some of the claims were made under the recently introduced provision providing coverage for landslip damage.
