Bell’s Profit Falls 20 p.c.
(N.Z. Press Association? AUCKLAND, August 26. Bell Radio TV Holdings, Ltd’s net profit for the year to March 31 was $114,108, plus a net profit of $25,500 which was transferred from an appropriation provision no longer required. The trading profit, is 20.4 per cent lower than last year. Directors recommend a final dividend of 10 per cent, plus a 2 per cent special dividend. Subject to shareholders’ approval of an increase in capital, a bonus issue of one for 10 will be made from revenue reserves.
