(N.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON, July 17. Almost 25,000 marriages were recorded by the Justice Department in 1969—about 900 more than in 1968. The annual report of the department, tabled in Parliament today, records 24,955 marriages, compared with 24,057 in 1968.
