Nelson Cartage Taken Over
(N.Z. Press Association) NELSON, July 14. The Nelson company, of Kenning and Horlor Ltd been taken over by Transport (Nelson) Holdings Ltd. and Golden Bay Cement Company Limited, on an equal basis. Kenning and Horlor, Ltd, has has been a supplier of gravel, sand and soil, and distributor of Golden Bay Cement and Certified Concrete.
It has a shingle plant at Appleby and a fleet of 13 trucks.
