Possession Of Cars
Two Daimler cars held by the Official Liquidator of' Bateman Television, Ltd, were ordered by Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court to be delivered to Desmond Noel Bateman and ! Graham Irving Thomas in a decision given recently. Counsel for the Official: Liquidator) has filed an appeal against the decision and a stay of excution of thej order has been made. The' appeal has to be brought be-1' fore the Court of Appeal be-!I fore September 7.
