A three-bedroom weatherboard bungalow on a section of 25.3 perches at 341 Lyttelton Street, Spreydon, was passed in at $6500 at auction but sold later for an undisclosed price. The Government valuation Is $5500.

Sydenham, was sold for $4400, this figure being the Government valuation. The auctioneer was Mr A. E. Barrell, of A. E. Barrell and Company, Ltd. A 90-year-old cottage on a quarter-acre section at 28 Torrens Road. Addington, was sold for $3OOO. The section allows for 10ft of road-widen-ing. The Government valuation is $1950. The auctioneer was Mr C.| M. Robertson, of Sherris and Wilson, Ltd.
