IMPROVED SIMCA

An improved version of the Simca GL is now available in New Zealand. Known as the Series F Model, the car has a redesigned dashboard, better interior trim, and front-wheed disc brakes. The New Zealand price will be $2497.

Like its predecessor, the 1970 model has an 1118 c.c. engine. Later this year the New Zealand concessionaires for Simca, Concord Motors, Ltd, plan to import some of the larger Simcas, including the 1501 GL and Special models, and the 1501 Special station waggons. The 1501 range is fitted with 1475 c.c. engines producing 81 b.h.p. and giving a top speed of about 100 m.p.h.
