WELLINGTON, May 19.
Third-party risks insurance premiums were basically unchanged for the 1970-71 motor-vehicle licensing year, the Minister of Transport (Mr Gordon) said today. The only alterations were ones of classification, he said in a statement. These affected contract motor vehicles, and had been made to clear up.a i contradiction.
