HAZEL PARK (Michigan). The veteran harness racing Mar, E. Fischer, of Austria, won two of the four races In the world driving championship on Wednesday night. Despite picking up points from each of the four races at Hazel Park Raceway, Fischer Is still fourth in the standings with 145 points. The leader. H. Filion, of Canada. went unplaced In his only race of the night, but still has 187 points. Three of Filion's four horses were scratched because of various physical ailments. The Italian champion. N. Bellel. picked up 28 points to remain second in the series standings al 168. S. Dancer, of the United States, is third. P. Wolfenden, of New Zealand, is seventh.
