Immigration Flood Plan

(N .Z .P .A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 27. The “Daily Mirror” reported today that a group of wealthy Asians in Kenya and Uganda was planning to flood Britain with illegal refugees from East Africa. The newspaper said that they planned to charter a ship or an airliner within the next few weeks and to-land a large group of Asians on Britain’s doorstep. The plan was called “Operation Flood,” and the several rich Asians in Kenya and Uganda who were backing it were prepared to put up the money if only to establish an escape route for themselves by a massive test case against Britain’s new immigration laws.
