(N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY. Despite several recent failures the New Zealand.bred Karachi (Pakistan—Sharman) is favourite for the G. F. Wilson (6f) handicap at Randwick today. Karachi, which will be ridden by G. Moore, has done well in training this week. A big field facing Karachi includes the former New Zealand horse. Fair Law, Cabochon, and the Brisbane Doncaster hope, Prince Gauntlet. Bluelough (Pharamond—Surrey Blue) shares favouritism for the Rushcutters Bay Handicap dm» and Mr President (Alcimedes —Red Glowi is top fancy for the Farm Cove Novice (11m). Lowland's brother. The Roman, will also start in the Novice. The Agricola four-year-old failed to win a race last winter in six starts. He has raced twice since spelling and both outings have been solid enough.
