Two front sections overlooking the Avon River at 5 Dallington Terrace were passed in, one at $4400 and the other at $4OOO, when offered at auction on behalf of Mr A. F. Seyb yesterday by D. C. Sheppard and Company, Ltd. A four-bedroom house at 116 Fendalton Road, offered for Mrs J. Chudlelgh, was passed in at $13,600 at auction. The Government valuation is $10,700. The auctioneer was Mr M. T. Beasley, of Beasley, Packard and Chamberlain, Ltd. A two-bedroom house on a 33.5-perch section at 30 Leitch Street, Somerfleld, was passed in at the Government valuation of $4200 When offered at auction on Tuesday. The auctioneer was Mr D. O. Chapman, of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd.
