Franzheim) said today that he favoured the continued gradual reduction of barriers to trade between New Zealand and the United States. Mr Franzheim was speaking at the inaugural meeting of American Chamber of Commerce in Wellington. He said he knew that New Zealand was concerned about the present quotas for its products, and the possibility that new quotas might be in-; troduced.
