Petrol Sales Licence
■ The Motor Spirits Licensing Authority yesterday granted a licence to retail motor spirits to Whitby Motors, Ltd, subject to certain conditions being met The applicant had asked for a licence to retail motor spirits from two pumps to be installed at service station and garage premises at 62 Riccarton Road.
