Tenth Round Of Table Tennis
Dallington still holds second place after overcoming a strong challenge from Avon-side II during the tenth round of the i senior table tennis competition last night. With D. J. Kalin not available to play, the Dallington team was considerably weaker, but B. T. Edwards and R. G. Hart, bv winning all their singles matches, and together a vital doubles match, was able to beat Avonside 11, 7-5. Avonside I retained the competition lead after an 8-4 win over Motorways.
