The entry is a British Leyland 1800. * * * The new Matra Formula' I car is now being tested < in France, and will soon: be sent to South Africa for further testing before the South African Grand Prix in March. This year the Matra cars will use new Matra Vl2 engines in place of the Cosworth-Ford units used last year. The drivers will be J-P. Beltoise, and H. Pescarolo. ¥ ¥ ¥ Jackie Stewart will be the number one driver in the Tyrell team of MarchFord cars this season, and it has now been announced that the second driver will be the Frenchman, J. Ser-voz-Gavin. Last year Seri voz-Gavin drove for Matra, racing the company’s four-wheel-drive car.
