First Grade Tennis
The Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association’s inter-club competitions resumed after tnc holidays at Wilding Park on Saturday with the first mixed B grade.
Results were: Avonside beat United, 13 matches to 3; Beckenham beat North Linwood, 10 matches to 6- Linwood Avenue beat Waimairi, 14 matches to 2: Woolston beat Burwood Park. 9 matches to 7.
