<N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said today that he had “no times and no dates” for announcing a new Cabinet “It might be some little time,” he said at a press conference. The Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella) and the Minister of Marine (Mr Scott), who did not stand for re-elec-tion, could carry on as Ministers for 20 days after the election, although not as members of Parliament he said.
