A.A. Officers Elected

Ten of the 69,421 members of the Automobile Association (Canterbury), not counting members of the association’s council or staff, attended its annual meeting last evening. The meeting lasted 29 minutes.

Officers elected were: patron, the Governor-General (Sir Arthur Porritt); president, Mr J. R. Maling, vicepresident, Mr T. D. Craig; councillors, Messrs E. C. Champion, L. H. Wilson, G. L. Falck, E. R. Casbolt, and J. W. Lincoln.

Delegates appointed to the council at recent branch annual meetings were: West Coast, Mr W. G. Bryant; Buller, Mr fL Nottle.
