Pacer Banned For Life
Queensland stewards have banned the pacer, Regal Pete, for lite, They took this action after the drivers. L. Covill and P. Wombell, were injured at a recent meeting at Redclllfe when Regal Pete fell for no apparent reason. The horse's connections could give no reason lor the fall.
Regal Pete was the pacer that fell In front of Saloon Scott at Albion Park In July, resulting in the death of A. Brumbridge, the driver of the last-named horse.
