YOUTH’S DEATH
Car Plunges Into River (N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 15. A youth died when his car plunged 46ft into the Oakura River, 10 miles from New Plymouth, last night.
The car was found in 15ft of water this morning. A whitebaiter and his son noticed the car lying on its side and informed the police. The dead youth was
Graham Leo Berridge, aged 19, single, a farmer, Hurford Road, Omata.
