Omega ‘Not Discussed’

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. The Cabinet had not discussed the Omega navigation station question for many months, the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said tonight. “We have not beard from the project office,” he told reporters at a press conference. He had been asked if he could confirm a report that the Omega project office had I agreed to withhold a decision on the siting of a station ■ either in New Zealand or Australia until about December.
