Grand Slam In French Titles
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter-Copyright) NICE. The Australian-born- Mrs G. Chanfreau completed a grand slam in the French national tennis championships, adding the women’s and mixed doubles to the singles title she won on Saturday. She won the mixed doubles with J. Barclay, 6-1, 6-4, against P. Beust and Miss J. Liefrig. Earlier, partnered by Miss C. Spinoza, Mrs Chanfreau Won the women’s doubles, beating Misses E. Terras and Liefrig, 8-6, 6-2.
