Reverted Note Conversion
In preparation for the conversion of the 6.5 per cent registered unsecured covertible notes, of Revertex Industries, - Ltd, the transfer books for the notes will be closed from 4 p.m., October 24, to 4 p.m., October 31. Conversion will take place on October 31, and the new shares will rank for 5/6 of any final dividend declared in respect of the year March 31, 1970. The notes are ex interest on October 25.
