The contract work will include:— (1) Demolition of two-etorey timber building of total floor area of 27,446 sq. ft. (2) The excavation tor and construction of a reinforced concrete underground car parking building of 13,560 sq, ft with paved terrace over. (3) The reinforced concrete basement of new main building of 34,560 sq. ft with an average depth of excavation of 19 feet, and ot a subbasement of 17,304 eq. ft with reinforced concrete foundation raft under with a depth of excavation of 22 feet additional to the basement excavation.
