EXPORT TALKS

Businessmen Enthusiastic (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 7. Record numbers of businessmen had registered their interest in the export seminars to be held throughout New Zealand in about a month, the Minister of Overseas Trede (Mr Marshall) said today. «: Capacity audiences were expected when the seminars opened in Christchurch on July 28, and the saint pattern would continue in Dunedin, Auckland and Wellington in the next fortnight as the speakers moved round the country. “This is most gratifying," Mr Marshall said. “While one might expect that the emphasis now being given to exporting would lead to record interest in the seminars, it is nonetheless good to see that 750 persons are ready to participate, compared with 580 id the last seminars sponsored by the Government”
