LAMB SALES TO AUST.

New Zealand increased its exports of lamb to Australia from five tons in 1966 t 971.9 tons in 1968, the Australian Meat Board said today. Quoting figures released by the Commonwealth Statistician. New Zealand’s lamb exports to Australia in 1968 represented 0.3 per cent of Australia’s production of 283,000 tons. At its meeting at the weekend, the Australian Lamb Industry Panel decided to continue reviewing the effects, |if any, of lamb imports on the Australian lamb industry.
