Move To Exemp Trailer Tyres
(N.Z. Press- Association) NELSON, Mar. 11. A move to exempt trailer tyres from the new traffic regulations concerning tyre treads is being made by the Nelson branch of the Automobile Association.
At last night’s meeting of the branch, Mr K. Gibbons said it was unnecessary to include trailer tyres, which were not used for braking, in the regulations. The branch will ask the National A.A. Council to take the matter up. The regulations will come into force on April 1.
