STOPPING OF AN UNFORMED PART OF ORRICK CRESCENT It is hereby publicly notified, that the Christchurch City Council proposes, pursuant to Section 170 (4) (h) of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, to stop that portion of Orrick Crescent between the formed part of the Crescent and the boundary of the proposed Limited Access Road, as delineated on Survey Office Plan 11166, and coloured green and containing an area of approximately 1-0-10.0 (one acre 10 perches). This unformed portion of Orrick Crescent which has become redundant for street purposes, will be incorporated in a proposed subdivision and will be replaced by another road within the subdivision. Plans of the proposal are deposited in the Town Clerk’s Office, 194 Manchester Street and may be inspected there without fee, during office hours.
