Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 6. “Wanaka” has been chosen by the Union Steam Ship Company as the name of its new 1 roll-on freighter being built 1 for the east coast cargo service at the Taikoo Dockyard. ■ Hong Kong. The Wanaka, a sister to the ■ 2250-ton Hawea, which began: • the weekly service between Auckland, Lyttelton I ■ and Dunedin in 1967, will be! t ready for service next year. [ f The timetable, when the ([new ship comes on the run! iwill be altered so that Wei-! I|lington will be a port of call! for one of the ships.
