TALKS WITH JUGOSLAVS

Shareholders ' On Sideline (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 6. The N.Z. Sea Products Export, Ltd, shareholders committee is keeping out of negotiations between officials of the old company and prospective buyers. The committee’s chairman, Mr M. Crisp, said the committee did not want to do anything that might prejudice negotiations such as those between the Jugoslav concern, Progres Internationale and Sea Products, Ltd. Mr Crisp said the committee had recommended that shareholders form another company and bid for Sea Products assets. If successful, the new company would look for partners. |
