The body was found yester- I day of Gary Graham Costello, I aged eight, of 14 Featherston I Avenue, Kairaki, who was I drowned in the Waimakariri I River at Kairaki on December I L Mr G. F. Fowler, of 29 Rin-! aldi Avenue, Pines Beach, was ' on the beach at 10.45 a.m., j about 50 yards north of the mouth of the Waimakiriri River when he saw the body in shallow water. The Kaiapoi police were notified and they recovered the body. I
