HIS LAST CASE
Chief Superintendent T. Butler had postponed his retirement in July, 1967, for the specific purpose of rounding up the last of the train robbers.
Next Wednesday, he plans to say farewell to his colleagues of the Flying Squad—the top crimedetection unit—at a special dinner at London’s Hilton Hotel. It will also mark the squad’s fiftieth anniversary.
