Protest To Embassy

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 11. Members of the Wellington branch of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament gathered outside the French Embassy at midday today. They sought signatures from pass-ers-by to a protest against the French nuclear tests in the Pacific. The petition, calling on France to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, was handed to the Embassy later this afternoon.
