The Christchurch Town Hall Empowering Bill yesterday passed through its committee and report stages, and will be law after the formality of a third reading. Five other local measures were each advanced a stage. The Bryant Nursery Trust Board Enabling Bill was approved to proceed without amendment. Ministers answered 10 questions.
Urgency was then taken for the consideration of the remainder of the Estimates in Mr Hanan’s name, plus Industries and Commerce.
