WELLINGTON, Sept. 11. The chairman of the Licensing Control Commission (Mr S. T. Barnett) said today that for the first time he could see an end to his work.
He told the hotels management conference that its aim of up- grading the industry had been conceived by the industry on its own initiative without prodding from outside.
