B. F. D’Oliveira emphasised his return to top form when an unbeaten 92 at Worcester on Monday brought his total to 402 runs ip his last five innings. D’Oliveira, who last week was left out of the M.C.C. team to tour South Africa later this year, spearheaded Worcestershire’s efforts for victory before its match against Surrey ended in a draw. P. Pocock, the England off-spinner, took three wickets for 13 before D’Oliveira, in a two-hour innings, hit nine fours and a six.
