PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF THE PAPARUA COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME—HALSWELL SECTION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the then Baisweil County Council made on the 14th day of December, 1967, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1963. The scheme relates to the Halswell Section of the Paparua County. This Section before its amalgamation on April 1, 1968, comprised all of the Halswell County. The scheme has been deposited in the County Office, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, and in the Halswell District Office, 381 Halswell Road, Halswell, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public. Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the Frst Schedule to the Town and County Planning Regulations, 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, at any time not later than 4 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 1968. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be gven.
