AUCKLAND. D. A. Peake, who rode Honourbright into second place In the Avondale Cup on Saturday, was afterwards fined $2O for causing intereference to Gay Marilyn soon after the home turn.
The judicial committee did not consider the interference sufficient to warrant a change to the placings.
