SPEED ON CROSSING
Higher Limit Sought (N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, August 19. The Rotorua City Council wants the speed limit at railway crossings raised from 15 miles an hour to 20 miles an hour. It agreed tonight to put forward a remit on the matter to the Municipal Association at its conference next year. The committee said it did not believe the 15 miles an hour limit was realistic.
