Magazines Sold
Two American magazines, “Ladies’ Home Journal” and “American Home,” have been sold by the Curtis Publishing Company, to Downe Communications, Inc.—which publishes the syndicated newspaper supplement, “Family Weekly”—for 100,000 shares of Downe common stock valued at about SUSS.Sm. — New York, August 16.
