A Panamanian stowaway. Alan Runuiek, aged 19, was found in the hold of a ship In London today, ill after living on nothing but mOldnS for a month.
Dockers hauled' him exhausted from among the vessel’s cargo of melons and he was taken to a nearby hospital under police guard. A Port of London Authority spokesman said that Mr Run uick, a student, apparently stowed away in the 10,000-tor cargo ship Oygona at Vai paraiso, Chile, on April 11 The ship arrived hero on Wed nesday.
It was not immediately known whether immlgratlor officials planned to send him home.
