Injured All Blacks

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON.

The New Zealand Rugby Union was awaiting medical reports on three All Blacks chosen for the tour of Australia later this month, the chairman of the executive, Mr T. C. Morrison, said yesterday.

The players are W. F. McCormick and G. S. Thome, who suffered injuries in the trials, and C. R. Laidlaw, who was injured in a club match on Saturday. It is understood that none was seriously injured. S. M. Going and A. G. Steel, who were unable to play in the trials, have now been given medical clearances. G. S. Williams, also injured In the trials, is expected to have fully recovered by next week.
