All Black To Retire
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. B. T. Thomas, the 1962-64 All Black and one of Auckland's leading prop or lock forwards, announced yesterday that he had retired from first-class Rugby. He became the third top-class Auckland forward to retire in the last two months. The others were W. J. Nathan, the All Black flanker, and K. A. Nelson, the former All Black who captained Auckland in 1966 and 1967.
