DUNEDIN, March 17. The National Airways Corporation flew 14} per cent more fruit out of Central Otago this year. A total of 134,4861 b of fruit was carried by air from Alexandra and Momona.
' p he Railways Department also reported an increase in tonnages railed from the area of between 5 and 10 per cent, having carried 5428 tons of fruit to date and'with a month of the apple season to come.
