Appeal Case Dismissed

WELLINGTON, Mar. 13. The Court of Appeal today unanimously dismissed an appeal by John Stowers against his conviction in the Auckland Supreme Court on December 19, 1967, on a charge of aggravated robbery. Stowers, together with persons unknown, had been charged with robbing Peter Ngok Lee of New Zealand and overseas currency and jewellery worth $2420.60.

The Court comprised Mr Justice North (president), Mr Justice Turner and Mr Justice McCarthy.
